Premier Lacrosse League Announces Strategic Partnership with Nation United Foundation

LOS ANGELES and CHARLOTTE, N.C., (February 05, 2020)— The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Nation United Foundation (NUF) to provide impactful programming opportunities and support collaborative efforts related to diversity and inclusion awareness and personal development.

THE INCIDENT REPORT: Dexter Southfield Player Suspended for Racial Slurs (MA)

A recent lacrosse game between Beaver Country Day and Dexter Southfield was marred by alleged racial slurs hurled at one of the Beaver Country Day players. Peter Hutton, Beaver Country Day Head of School, said a member of the Dexter Southfield boys lacrosse team “repeatedly” made racial slurs towards a member of the Beaver Country Day boys lacrosse team during their April 27 game.

Nation United Foundation aims to eradicate harmful acts of racism, discrimination and harassment in sports through collaboration and  awareness.
